I am a mom of three wonderful adult kids, wife, and most recently a grandmother! Some of my favorite activities are reading, walking, traveling, beekeeping, and shell collecting. I am passionate about art, animals, finding old treasures, and making jewelry. I LOVE the ocean, sea creatures, and pearls.
As I embark on a new adventure to live a full life with autoimmune disease, I am grateful for my sweet husband, children, and friends. There are many new challenges ahead for me as I learn a new way of exercising, eating, and thinking. I hope you will join me on my journey of discovery!
